YoungMinds.png

Young Minds want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.

If you ever feel like you need support, head over to their website where they have loads of support.

Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.

You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, their trained counsellors are there to support you.

If there's anything else you are worried about or want to report to an adult, this is Pauline Ebbutt who is the club's designated welfare officer. She's here to help support you all and to ensure you all play in a safe environment.

She is here to chat and will never judge or tell you off. If you have anything to speak to her about, she's just an email away.
