Founder of East Surrey Girls, Emma lives and breathes this club. She is the heart and soul of everything we do, and drives us forward; wanting to provide more and more opportunities for girls to play.

Having played football from around years 10 - 15, Emma left the sport after having a bad experience where her love for the game was lost, due to lack of playing time and a negative environment. 

​

Emma started coaching in 2015, at the age of 21, and instantly fell back in love with the game. What she found more inspiring than the football, was the huge potential she saw in the girls and the positive impact she could have by simply providing a supportive and relaxed environment. 

 

3 years later, ESG was born. As our Chair, these days Emma oversees everything we do and steers the ship along side her role at the Surrey FA.
